Smartscreen intermittent wiper delay controller allowing intermittent wiping with a variable, programmable delay of between 3 and 30 seconds.  The existing vehicle wiper switch is used to programme the delay whilst still keeping the existing fixed speeds.  Additionally the wiper will also wipe on wash and then return to intermittent operation, if set, after doing 3 wipes to clear the screen.
